Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
1/2 pineapple, cubed and steamed or 20 oz. pineapple chunks, drained
1 onion, diced
1 (7 oz.) can green olives, sliced
1 Tbsp. basil
1 lb. asparagus, steamed
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 head iceberg lettuce, washed and torn
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Toss with dressing of your choice. Serves 6.
