Zucchini Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh firm zucchini
    2 small onions
    1/4 c. salt
    2 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. turmeric
    3 tsp. mustard seed
    3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Wash zucchini; slice thin.
    Slice onion thin.
    Add to zucchini.
    Add salt.
    Cover with water.
    Let stand 2 hours.
    Drain through. Bring remaining ingredients to boiling.
    Pour over zucchini and onion.
    Let stand 2 hours.
    Bring all ingredients to boiling point and heat 5 minutes.
    Put in jars and bath off.
