Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix, baked by directions on box
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. pickles (sweet or dill)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. pickle juice
    3 c. tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Crumble corn bread.
    Mix mayonnaise and pickle juice and pour over all vegetables; stir.
    Layer bread and vegetables.
    Crumble crisp bacon on top.
