Prickly Pear Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 dozen firm, well-ripened fruit
    2 c. water
    sugar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 bottle Certo
Preparation
    Despine
    the
    fruit
    leaving
    as much skin as possible. Cut fruit
    into quarters and include the seeds.
    Place in a 4 or
    6 quart vessel and add water.
    Boil over medium heat until fruit is soft, about 30 minutes.
