Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 tahini or peanut butter
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
2 large cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. hot water
1 (19 oz./540 ml) can chick peas, drained
chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation

In a small bowl, combine tahini, cumin, salt and garlic.
While stirring, slowly pour in lemon juice, then hot water.
