Parmesan Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. round buttery cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. finely chopped almonds
    1 Tbsp. dry minced parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) frying chicken or boneless skinless chicken
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, cheese, almonds, parsley, salt and pepper in shallow bowl.
    Melt butter with garlic powder in shallow baking dish.
    Dip chicken pieces into butter; dip into crumb mixture. Place chicken, skin side up, in baking dish.
    Let stand for 1 hour.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
