Pimiento Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boiled eggs, chopped
    1 stack saltines (about 38 crackers), crumbled
    1/2 c. chopped pimiento
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish (optional)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Refrigerate. This is pretty served on lettuce.
