Ingredients

4 eggs
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
2 medium apples, thinly sliced
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Place 2 round 8-inch cake pans in the oven.
Beat eggs, flour, milk and salt in small mixer bowl on medium speed 1 minute.
Remove the hot pans and place 2 tablespoons butter in each pan; rotate the pan until the butter coats insides.
Arrange 1/2 of the apples in the bottom of one cake pan and 1/2 in the bottom of another.
Divide the batter evenly and pour 1/2 into each pan.
Mix cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle on top.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Serve hot, cut into wedges.
