Beer Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/3 c. beer
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Beat in next 3 items.
    Add butter.
    Add mix.
    Beat until smooth.
    Spoon out into saucer-size circles on a medium-hot griddle.
    Makes 18 pancakes.
