Salad Maurice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 heads lettuce
6 tomatoes
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup pickle relish
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
Dash of tabasco
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Julienne slices of ham, chicken and cheese
Preparation

Break lettuce into bite size pieces and place in salad bowl. Cut tomatoes into quarters or eighths and toss with lettuce. Add vinegar, oil, relish, Worcestershire Sauce, tabasco and eggs to mayonnaise. Add dressing and toss. Top with ham, chicken and cheese.
