English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large and 1 small can LeSueur peas
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 stick celery, chopped
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 roll Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Saute celery and onions in butter until tender. Combine cream cheese and soup. Heat mixture until cream cheese melts. Add peas and water chestnuts. Pour into casserole dish. Crumble crackers on top and drizzle with margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
