New Zealand Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. cream or sour cream
    1 lb. asparagus
Preparation
    Bring first 4 ingredients to boil.
    Whisk in egg yolks and cook until thick at low temperature.
    Stir in cream.
    Steam asparagus.
    Serve with sauce over top.
