Clams And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (7 1/2 oz.) cans clams
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    2 onions, chopped
    2 peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. parsley flakes
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    3 slices cheese, torn
Preparation
    Simmer clams in lemon juice.
    Drain but reserve liquid.
    Blend onions, pepper, parsley and enough of the reserved liquid to make a spread.
    Add this to the clams with butter and pepper.
    Add bread crumbs and cheese and pour into two pie pans.
    Cover with Parmesan cheese or add more sliced cheese, if you wish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
