Good Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. cold water
    1 c. hot water
    2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    7 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream sugar, salt, shortening and eggs.
    Add cold and hot water, 2 cups flour and yeast mixture.
    Beat well.
    Gradually add remaining flour; mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Use as needed. Shape and let rise for about 1 hour.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown. This mixture will keep up to 2 weeks stored in refrigerator.
