Hishy-Hash And A Hell-An-A Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boiled potatoes
    hamburger
    green onion
    green pepper
    Hungarian pepper
    eggs
Preparation
    Use fresh peppers from garden.
    Use some that have turned red for color contrast.
    Dice leftover boiled potatoes.
    Brown hamburger; drain.
    Saute onion, green pepper and hot pepper.
    Add potatoes and brown.
    Return hamburger and brown a little more, stirring all together constantly.
    Whisk eggs.
    Pour over top of meat mixture.
    Brown until egg is cooked.
