Cider Basted Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. apple cider
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. olive oil (extra light)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    In shallow dish, combine all ingredients and marinate overnight turning occasionally.
    Pour off marinade and reserve for basting.
    Arrange chicken in pan and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until done.
    Baste with marinade every 10 minutes.
