Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    4 very ripe bananas, mashed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chopped black walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs and bananas.
    Sift dry ingredients together; add buttermilk and vanilla.
    Fold in chopped nuts.
    Combine 2 mixtures.
    Bake in greased loaf pan at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
