Beef Tips With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef stew meat, cut into small pieces
    1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Place in pan with tight-fitting lid.
    Pour mushroom soup and 1 can of water over meat.
    Sprinkle onion soup mix over the meat.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 3 hours. Be sure that the lid fits closely to retain juice.
    Do not stir.
    Serve over hot cooked rice.
