Little Red Hens - cooking recipe

2 (3 lb.) chickens
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Sprinkle neck and body cavity of each chicken with monosodium glutamate and salt.
Stuff with Walnut Stuffing.
Hook wing tips onto back to hold neck skin.
Tie legs together and then to tail. Place chickens in shallow roasting pan (it is unnecessary to use rack).
Roast 1 1/2 hours at 375\u00b0.
Brush with Cranberry-Orange Glaze. Roast 15 minutes longer.
Yields 8 servings.
