Rice And Spinach Deluxe Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. (20 oz.) mushrooms, pieces and stems
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 (10 oz.) frozen spinach, chopped style, thawed
    1 (5 oz.) jar Kraft Old English cheese spread, melted
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Saute onion and mushrooms in melted margarine until tender. Follow thawing instructions on spinach box and drain.
    In 1 1/2-quart casserole combine spinach, cooked rice, melted cheese spread, onions and mushrooms. Stir in soup.
    Add nutmeg.
    Cook at 350\u00b0, covered, for 35 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated thoroughly.
    Yields 6 servings.
