No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef, cubed
    1 c. celery
    1 c. onion
    1 c. potatoes
    1 c. carrots
    3 to 4 (4 oz.) cans spicy tomato juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Mix all together, cover tight.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours. Don't peek.
