Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour (after sifting)
dash of salt
1 1/4 c. Crisco shortening
1 egg
5 1/2 tsp. ice water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour and salt until very fine crumbs. In jar, add egg, vinegar and ice water.
With lid on jar, shake until very well blended.
Add to flour mixture and stir until blended.
Roll into size to fit pan.
