Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced potatoes
    2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    4 c.milk
    1 onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted water.
    While they cook, cook onion in 1 stick of butter and fry until transparent.
    Stir in flour and salt in onions and butter.
    Add milk, curry powder and bring to a boil.
    Add cooked potatoes and potato water.
    Simmer on low.
