Fake Red Raspberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. beet juice
    2 boxes Sure-Jell
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    6 small boxes raspberry Jell-O
    8 c. sugar
Preparation
    Heat beet juice, Sure-Jell and lemon juice.
    Bring mixture to a boil.
    Add sugar and Jell-O all at once.
    Bring to boil for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and let cool.
    Skim foam off the top when cool.
    Pour into jars and seal.
    Makes 6 pint jars.
