Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bread
1 lb. sausage
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
6 eggs
2 c. milk
Preparation

Grease a rectangular glass dish.
Tear bread and spread over bottom.
Brown and drain sausage.
Spread over bread.
Pour cheese over sausage.
Mix eggs, milk and seasonings.
Pour over cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
Uncover and bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
