Homemade Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 c. liquid smoke
    1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
    3 Tbsp. Morton tender cure
    1/8 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1/4 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and roll in foil, shiny side next to meat. Wrap and store in refrigerator for 24 hours.
    Punch hole in bottom of package. Cook in oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Chill and slice.
