Stacked Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. chili powder per person plus 1 for the pot
    2 Tbsp. flour per Tbsp. of chili powder
    1 to 2 minced garlic cloves
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    salt to taste
    1 c. chicken broth
    cooked, crumbled ground beef
    shredded cheese
    diced onions
    tortillas (corn)
    water
Preparation
    Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet.
    Add chili powder, salt, cumin and oregano.
    Cook for 1 minute.
    In a blender, mix at low speed the flour, chicken broth and about 1 cup water.
    Pour into skillet.
    You might have to add more water to make sauce thin.
    Add garlic.
    Simmer 1/2 to 1 hour, until it thickens.
