Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    2 c. milk (lukewarm)
    1/2 c. sugar (less if desired)
    1/2 c. oil or shortening (lukewarm melted)
    2 eggs, beaten
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Gradually add flour to mixture until an elastic dough is formed.
    Knead on a floured board approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Place in a lightly oiled bowl to rise for 1 hour.
    Allow 1 hour to rise, then shape and rise again for 1 hour.
    Then bake, if desired.
