Mexican Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    4 oz. green can chilli peppers
    12 oz. picante
    12 oz. Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
    16 oz. Durkee onion
    12 large shells
Preparation
    Cook shells; set aside. Cook ground beef; drain. Salt and pepper. Add tomato sauce, chillies, picante sauce and 6 ounces cheese. Melt cheese, stirring constantly. Add 8 ounces Durkee onions. Stuff pasta shells with meat mixture.
    Top with remaining cheese and onion rings. Heat oven to 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
