Potato Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. leftover mashed potatoes
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Dip in flour and brown in medium-hot skillet in cooking oil or margarine for about 5 minutes on each side.
