Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 Tbsp. minced onion, cooked
1/4 c. chicken stock
1 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
1/4 c. (2 oz. jar) pimientos, drained and chopped
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation

Simmer whole fryer. Cook minced onion. Combine chicken, onion and chicken stock. Add cheese, egg and pimientos. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper, if desired. Add mayonnaise and mix carefully.
