Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, onion, salt and pepper. Cook and drain. Add cream of mushroom soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes and mix well. Lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Layer corn tortillas, then half of the sauce, another layer of corn tortillas and remaining sauce. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Top with cheeses and put in broiler until cheese is melted. Can be served with picante sauce, sour cream or guacamole.
