Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika; put in bowl.
Mix egg and milk; put in another bowl.
Mix cheese and bread crumbs.
Coat chicken with flour, dip in egg mixture and roll in cheese crumbs. Melt butter in pan.
Place chicken skin side down.
Bake 30 minutes on each side.
May use boneless chicken.
Bake 20 minutes on each side at 400\u00b0.
