Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. oysters
    4 Tbsp. liquid from oysters
    2 Tbsp. cream
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. stale bread crumbs
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix crumbs with melted butter.
    Put layer in bottom of dish; cover with oysters.
    Have only 2 layers of crackers and oysters. Cover with cream and oyster liquid.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 400\u00b0.
