Rhubarb Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cut up rhubarb
    2 c. vinegar
    4 c. diced onion
    1 Tbsp. each salt, pepper, celery salt, cloves and cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook the rhubarb and vinegar for 20 minutes.
    Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
    Makes 7 pints.
