Skillet Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can corned beef
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    1/2 c. chopped pickles
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. grated onions
    12 slices bread
    2 Tbsp. butter-flavored oil
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix corned beef, Swiss cheese, salad dressing, pickle and onion together.
    Mixture will be thick.
    Spread evenly on 6 slices of bread; top with remaining 6 slices.
    Heat oil in a skillet. Beat eggs lightly.
    Stir in the milk.
    Dip sandwiches in egg mixture.
    Brown on each side 2 to 3 minutes.
    Cut in half and serve.
