Decadent Fudge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust, unbaked
    1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    3 eggs, at room temperature
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Partially bake the pie crust and cool about 15 minutes before filling.
    Combine butter and chocolate in a heavy saucepan over low heat; cook, stirring occasionally, until melted.
    Remove from heat to cool.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
    Add the sugar, flour and salt.
    Beat until well blended.
    Add the cooled chocolate mixture and vanilla.
    Stir until smooth.
    Pour into the cooled pie shell.
    Bake until a knife inserted into the center comes out a little gooey, about 30 to 35 minutes.
