Apple Nut Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 acorn squash (about 1 lb. each)
1 c. water
1 small red apple, cored and chopped
1 Tbsp. Spread Sticks (Parkay)
dash of ground cinnamon
2 c. Stove Top chicken flavor flexible serving stuffing mix
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cut squash in half lengthwise; remove seeds and fiber.
Place squash, cut-side down, in large microwavable dish.
Cover loosely. Microwave on High 10 to 12 minutes or until squash is tender.
