Ingredients

2 or 3 (1 lb.) Cornish game hens
1 c. apricot-pineapple preserves
1/2 c. mango chutney
1/4 c. sherry
1 Tbsp. brown gravy sauce or molasses
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Rinse and dry Cornish game hens. Place in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Mix five other ingredients together and use to baste chicken, brushing on during final 10 to 15 minutes of cooking.
This glaze can also be used for lamb or pork.
