Glazed Donuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 oz. salt
    7 oz. sugar or 1 c.
    1 1/4 oz. baking powder
    1 pt. water
    1 pt. milk
    5 eggs
    12 oz. shortening
    2 lb. pastry flour
    2 lb. 6 oz. bread flour
    5 oz. yeast (5 Tbsp. dry yeast or 4 Tbsp. instant)
    1/4 oz. butter
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Make only 1 batch at a time.
    We use 13-quart mixing bowl. Do not overmix.
