Potato Goodie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns (Nuggets)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    3/4 stick margarine, melted
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
