Bean Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. cooked, sieved pinto beans
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, beating just enough to make a smooth batter. Turn into a greased loaf pan and bake 45 to 50 minutes in a 375\u00b0 preheated oven.
    When top browns and sides pull away from the pan, turn out and cool on a rack.
    Delicious warm with butter.
