Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Scrub potatoes, but do not peel.
Cut each potato lengthwise (4 to 6 wedges).
Place in shallow pan with skin side down.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Brush 2 tablespoons on potatoes.
Bake for 45 minutes, brushing each 15 minutes.
Turn potatoes and bake 15 minutes longer.
