Cheese Onion Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. seasoned croutons
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. medium Cheddar cheese
    1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions, crumbled
    2 c. half and half
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Line bottom of small rectangular Pyrex dish with croutons. Sprinkle cheese over croutons.
    Sprinkle onions over cheese.
    Beat eggs.
    Add half and half.
    Add salt and pepper to eggs.
    Blend well.
    Pour over ingredients in baking dish.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes in oven preheated to 350\u00b0.
    Cool somewhat and serve.
