Sweet Potatoes Roasted With Garlic - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. olive oil
6 cloves garlic (unpeeled)
4 medium sweet potatoes, sliced
2 tsp. dried rosemary, crumbled
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In a small roasting pan, combine the oil and garlic and heat for 5 minutes.
Add potatoes and rosemary, turning the potatoes to coat well with oil.
Turning the potatoes frequently, roast them for 35 minutes or until tender and brown on all sides.
Sprinkle with salt.
