Oreo Cheesecake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

40 Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies
1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs (room temperature)
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
whipped cream and strawberries for garnish

Preparation

Finely roll 25 cookies; coarsely chop 15 cookies.
In bowl, combine finely rolled cookies and butter.
Press crumb mixture on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan; set aside.
