Crabs With Garlic And Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 doz. blue crabs, live
4 oz. crushed garlic in oil or 2 cloves garlic
1/2 lb. butter or 1/4 lb. butter plus 1/4 lb. margarine
1 tsp. paprika
Old Bay seasoning to taste
12 oz. beer
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 bunch parsley
Preparation

In large pot heat beer, vinegar and hot pepper seeds to boil. Add crabs, cover steam for approximately 20 minutes until bright red.
Remove crabs and allow to cool.
In large roaster pan put butter, garlic and paprika.
Heat slowly.
Remove shell and clean crabs of lungs and mustard, put crabs in roaster.
Baste crabs, garnish with Old Bay seasoning and fresh chopped parsley.
