Quick Fish Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions (2 medium onions)
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 lb. fish fillets, cut in 1-inch pieces
    2 (10 3/4 oz. each) cans condensed chicken broth
    2 soup cans water
    3 medium tomatoes, diced
    2 medium green peppers, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Cook onions and garlic in oil in a large, heavy pan, until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer until fish flakes easily with fork, about 5 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings (about 1 1/4 cups each).
    Contains 210 calories per serving.
