Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour, sifted

Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine.
Add egg and vanilla and blend in the flour.
Divide into log shaped rolls.
Cover with plastic. Refrigerate or freeze until well chilled.
Slice rolls and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar while still warm.
