Peek-A-Boo Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up fryer chicken or desired number of breasts
    1 c. wild or brown rice
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of celery soup
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    5 1/2 oz. whole milk
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Melt 1/2 stick of margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle uncooked rice over margarine.
    Pour milk over rice.
    In separate bowl, combine soups; spoon over rice.
    Place chicken pieces over mixture and sprinkle dry onion soup on top.
    Seal tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    Do not peek!
    Serves 4.
